Hi there, this is Amy, aka BeAStar. I cannot wait to fly to Dublin in two days and meet up with everyone before the show. Here is a pic of me with my little man Aidan, rocking out at the Dublin (Ohio) Irish Festival a few weeks ago. Sadly they did not serve any Guinness @ the festival (beer sponsor was Coors - YUCK) so I'm very much looking forward to a proper pint of Guinness! Aidan is a big PJ fan, but he's not making the trip over...I'll be traveling w/Christine, aka pjkitten. I have to dig up a photo of her (w/her permission of course!) If there are no flight delays we'll be meeting you all @ The Temple Bar.

You can expect to see me with an Argentina flag and t-shirt, IF I buy one before I have to leave. I have a little less than a month now so I better hurry up and get on with it! Serious procrastinator here...
So anyway I added a pic, I'm the one just above the "Stars" (see I was always very much given to fly) ;) The rest are local PJ buddies I met thanks to Pearl Jam's visit to my country. And yes, the sun is in me eyes :D

I'LL Ride the Wave

Hey all, just wanted to sign onto the Blog. I am coming over with a good friend of mine who was born in Northern Ireland. We are heading to the Dublin show, his first, and I am really looking forward to it. I am heading down to the Gorge this weekend for the shows. I only get 3 this tour but I am thinking they are the right 3. We will be staying to Castlewellen(sp?) in the North but coming down for a couple of night to see the PJ show and then the Radiohead show the next night. I think that this must be one hell on a place if they have those two bands back to back. This is a picture of me(middle, in black t-shirt) with the guys from the Touring Van last year during the Canadian Tour. I rode with them for a few shows and it was one hell of a time, I really enjoyed meeting these guys and look forward to meeting some new PJ fans in Dublin.

Seeing all the people asking how to add themselves to the blog reminded me I hadn't got around to it yet ... so will be great to see the Astoria crew again ... also be good to put some faces to names from the Dublin thread ... and yeah I'm kinda looking forward to seeing Pearl Jam again ;)
